9 Hari??? ouchhh................

Saya sedang berkursus untuk pengesahan jawatan, SEMBILAN HARI TAU!!!!! huh.... adessss.... Kira ni paling lama lah tinggalkan hubby n baby.... hurm.. TAK BOLEH BALIK pulak tu!!!!!!! Haish.... Mula-mula sebelum saya menghadiri kursus ni macam-macam ada dalam pemikiran saya.... Ok ker kursus ni? susah ke? ada ke kena dera macam kena Orientasi dulu2... kena torture teruk2... aduhhh.... BENCILAHMACAMNI :(


TAPI SANGKAAN SAYA SALAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


SAYA SALAH OKE!!!!!


Saya seronok apabila dapat berkenalan dengan ramai pegawai2 dari pelbagai jabatan... Encik-encik Urusetia pun Sporting dan Best..... Walaupun jadual padat tapi seronok sangat2.... macam2 aktiviti yang kami lakukan...


Baru tiga hari kami semua berkursus... tapi dah rapat macam dah berminggu2 bersama.... Masing-masing sporting dan gile-gile.... uhuhuhuhuhuhu Syiookkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Oklah dah letih jap lagi nak meeting untuk Malam Protokol.... Takpe... penat sikit tapi happy....

jatuh jua...titis-titis itu...

Mencintaimu, memiliki dirimu adalah perkara yang paling payah untuk ku tempuhi.. Berbagai rintangan dan dugaan yang harus ku terjah dan berjuta kelukaan telah ku telan... Berdosakah aku? Keikhlasan hati ku mencintaimu sering mengundang perkara-perkara yang akan melukakan hatiku...  Ku tempuh segala-gala hanya untuk melalui hari-hari indah bersamamu... Cintaku tidak pernah pudar sedikitpun, tidak kiralah apa jua yang berlaku...


Sayang... hari ini aku lemah jua... gugur lagi permata dari kelopak mata ini keranamu, Salahkah aku sayang? Andai salah kenapa tidak kau perbetulkan? masih bermaknakah diri ini pada mu? Kadangkala sewaktu dirimu di kejauhan aku amat terseksa... Setiap penjuru aku terbayangkanmu, tapi dirimu? adakah dikau jua merasa apa yang kurasa?Tidak pernah aku sesali berdamping dengan dirimu.. Kau Anugerah terindah yang pernah kuterima...


Tapi sayangku, belum terlalu lama kita bersama..kenapa aku merasa hilang? Aku hilang semua yang ku ada sebelum dikau kutemui.. Aku hilang ketenangan.. Penemanku hanyalah rasa marah dan kecewa... Akukah yang bersalah? Masih milikku kah dirimu sayang? Masih milikku kah cintamu itu?


Saban hari aku rasa kekosongan itu semakin memenuhi ruang hatiku.. Dimana kau sayang? Dimana kau campakkan diri ini? Dimanakah kehangatan itu sayang? Atau aku sahaja yang merasakan kepudarannya? Titis-titis yang membasahi pipiku ini, mengapa sukar untuk kuhentikan? Tka gunalah kita berdusta dan berpura-pura, Andai dikau jua lelah bersamaku... Aku Redha sayangku...


Aku hanya ada dirimu dan Buah Cinta kita, kamulah dunia ku... Sanggup aku ketengah untuk memperjuangkanmu... Tapi sayang, Berhargakah tiap pengorbananku? tiap caci cela yang kuterima dimana aku hanya memekakkan telinga dan membisukan diri? Untukmu sayang.. segalanya hanyalah untuk dirimu...
Kau kukasihi melebihi nyawaku sendiri...


Dimana dia sayang? Untuk kesekian kali hati ku menjerit sekuat-kuatnya... Dimana kemesraan itu? kenapa rasa sepi ini yang kau hadiahkan kepadaku? kenapa kekecewaan yang selalu jadi makanan jiwaku? 


Aku jatuh cinta denganmu dan masih lagi aku mencintaimu setulusnya... bagaimana denganmu sayang? Masihkah aku insan yang kau cinta? Atau aku hanyalah Bebanan yang TERPAKSA kau pikul??? Kepada Umum, kurahsiakan segala kesakitan itu, aku berpura-pura sayang... Akulah pelakon didalam drama hidupku sendiri...


Maafkan aku sayang andai aku bukanlah untukmu yang sebenar-benarnya... Andai melodi kasih sayangmu milik insan lain.. Aku redha... Aku terima hukuman ini... 10 ways to Feel full,Not Fat!!!!!!!!!!


If you find that you are never feeling satisfied after a meal or just an hour or so later you are reaching for a snack to pick you up? Well, we're here to help with some feel-full strategies. Granted there are foods that can boost your feelings of fullness but how, when and where you eat your meals can also have a bearing on your full factor too. Here are 10 ways to keep your dining habits in check to maximise your feelings of satiety and satisfaction.

                                       (1) Sometimes go it alone                                                                           
People can eat more when they dine in company or with the television on 
because they become distracted as to what exactly is going into their mouth. 
Make sure mealtimes are all about the food, focus on it entirely and you'll feel full sooner.
Avoid fast-paced music too, this can increase the speed you eat, resulting in a clean plate 
before your body is able to recognise it is full.

(2) Smell and chew
When you eat make sure you give your meal a good sniff as concentrating on the smell of your food as well as the taste also switches on satiety signals. Secondly, chew, chew, chew, and chew some more, some of the hormones needed to send the satiety signals to the brain are released by your chomping.


(3) Go for bulky and moist
The rationale behind the bulky and moist rule is pretty straightforward, simply the more air and water in food the quicker it will fill you up, calorie for calorie. So, in terms of food swaps have a vegetable soup rather than a pasty, plain air-popped popcorn instead of crisps and grapes in place of raisins.

(4) Wait after fat
If you do have a meal with a high-fat content then make sure you allow time for that feeling of fullness to come. It can take longer for sense of satiety to come from a fatty meal compared to meal high in protein for example, so allow time for the feeling of fullness from the fat to kick in.

(5) Get enough sleep
When your body is deprived of sleep it produces more ghrelin and less leptin. 
These are the hormones that are involved in the regulation of appetite; 
ghrelin is produced largely in the stomach and accelerates your appetite, 
while leptin decreases appetite as it's the hormone that signals satiety.

(6) Get hydrated
The daily recommended amount of water to drink is around the eight glasses mark, 
but many of us don't get anywhere near that amount and as a result when we feel hungry, it is often because we're actually thirsty. Drink a glass or two of water before a meal, and when you do eat, the food will feel more filling.

(7) Get a smaller plate
People tend to fill their plate however big it is, and most of us eat until it is empty. 
And the aim of getting a 'clean plate' makes us more likely to override the satiety signals that stop us eating. So, swap your normal plate for a slightly smaller one, and you'll find your 'full' switch will flip a little faster.

(8) Choose fiddly foods
If you eat foods that take a little time and effort to eat, this will allow time for your body to recognise the fullness feeling. Good examples of fiddly foods are corn on the cob, 
a crunchy salad or fish with bones, these types of foods force you to eat more slowly 
and help you to feel full quicker.

(9) Eat an apple before each meal
Apples help to promote a feeling of fullness and research has shown that eating an apple 
20 minutes prior to eating a meal reduced the amount of food that was consumed at that meal. So, including an apple for your daily snack will not only contribute to one of your daily recommended fruit or veggie portions but the fibre will fill up your stomach too.

(10) Be natural
Try to eat food that is as natural as possible as most manufactured foods tend to be very energy-dense which means they contain more calories bite-for-bite. However raw fruit and vegetables take a lot of chewing and occupy a lot of room in your stomach so they fill you up much more per bite.

Let It Go.....





 
There are people who can walk away from you.
And hear me when I tell you this!
 
When people can walk away from you: let them walk.
I don't want you to try to talk another person into staying with you,
 loving you, calling you, caring about you, coming to see you,
staying attached to you. I mean hang up the phone.
 
When people can walk away from you let them walk.
Your destiny is never tied to anybody that left.
 
People leave you because they are not joined to you.
And if they are not joined to you, you can't make them stay.
Let them go.
And it doesn't mean that they are a bad person, it just means that
 their part in the story is over and you've got to know when
 people's part in your story is over so that you don't
 keep trying to raise the dead.
You've got to know when it's dead.
 
You've got to know when it's over. Let me tell you something.
I've got the gift of good-bye. I believe in good-bye.
 It's not that I'm hateful, it's that I'm faithful,
 and I know whatever God means for me to have He'll give it to me.
 And if it takes too much sweat I don't need it.
Stop begging people to stay.
Let them go!!

If you keep trying to help someone who won't even try to help themselves.....

If you're feeling depressed and stressed ..........

If there is a particular situation that you are so used to handling yourself
and God is saying "take your hands off of it," then you need to......
 
Let the past be the past. Forget the former things.
 
Get Right or Get Left .. Think about it, and then.
